Christine Fox has been associated with Kaplan Fox since 1995. She practices in the areas of securities, antitrust and consumer litigation.
Ms. Fox is currently representing clients in several Sherman Act cases including In re Neurontin Antitrust Litigation and Rite Aid Corp., et al v. American Express Travel Related Services Co., Inc. et al. In the consumer area, Ms. Fox is currently involved in the In re Lifelock, Inc. Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation and the putative class action Perkins v. Verified Identity Pass, Inc. Ms. Fox also serves as a liaison with the claims administrators and claimants on several securities and antitrust cases which have been settled by Kaplan Fox.
Ms. Fox is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Fox is also a graduate of Cornell University. She worked at the Cornell Legal Aid Clinic before entering law school.
Ms. Fox is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association and Bar Association of the City of New York.
