Damien H. Weinstein joined Kaplan Fox in 2011. He practices in the areas of securities, antitrust, and other areas of civil litigation.
Mr. Weinstein graduated cum laude from the Fordham University School of Law in May 2011. While in law school, Mr. Weinstein was an Associate Editor on both the Fordham Law Review and Moot Court programs.
Mr. Weinstein graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in May 2007. He holds a BA in Political Science and Legal Studies.
Mr. Weinstein is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey.
