Elana Katcher focuses on the firm’s antitrust and complex commercial litigation actions.
Prior to joining Kaplan Fox, Ms. Katcher was an associate at King & Spalding and Sullivan & Cromwell where she worked on complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Katcher is a graduate of New York University School of Law. Ms. Katcher is also a graduate of Oberlin College where she majored in psychology.
Ms. Katcher is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
