Gwendolyn Nelson Cutini has been associated with Kaplan Fox since September 2008. She practices in the areas of securities and antitrust litigation.
Ms. Cutini is currently involved in several matters, including In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, alleging a worldwide conspiracy to fix the prices of air cargo shipments, and In re Credit Suisse-AOL Securities Litigation, alleging that Credit Suisse analysts misrepresented and omitted material information concerning AOL Time Warner in their analyst reports.
Ms. Cutini is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Cutini interned for the Honorable Deborah A. Batts in the Southern District of New York. She also interned with the New York City Council’s Department of Human Services and was a notes and articles editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. In May 2008, Ms. Cutini received an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for her pro bono and community work during law school.
Before law school, Ms. Cutini worked as a litigation and intellectual property paralegal. She received her B.A. in English from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (cum laude).
Ms. Cutini is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
