Irina Kobylevsky has been associated with Kaplan Fox since September 2008. She practices in the areas of securities, antitrust, and other areas of civil litigation.
Ms. Kobylevsky is involved in the In re Bank of America Corp. Securities Litigation (09-md-2058 S.D.N.Y.) and In re Fannie Mae 2008 Securities Litigation (08-cv-7831 S.D.N.Y.).
Ms. Kobylevsky is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. During law school she worked as a teaching assistant for the legal writing course and was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Journal, where she honed her legal research and writing skills. Ms. Kobylevsky is also a graduate of Cornell University where she majored in Policy Analysis and Management.
Ms. Kobylevsky is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
