Kevin M. Cosgrove serves as one of the firm’s in-house investigator.  Working closely with the firm’s attorneys, Mr. Cosgrove is involved in many aspects of fact investigation in support of the firm’s litigation efforts on behalf of its clients, including locating and interviewing potential witnesses, research concerning the status of business entities or the industry which is the subject matter of a particular litigation.

Mr. Cosgrove has been designated a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, received a Master of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Long Island University/CW Post and a B.A. in Sociology from Fordham University.
