Richard J. Kilsheimer
Partner
Richard Kilsheimer first associated with Kaplan Fox in 1976, and became a partner in the firm in 1983. His practice is concentrated in the area of antitrust litigation, and he has played significant roles in several of the largest antitrust class actions in the country. He also practices in the areas of securities fraud and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kilsheimer served as law clerk to the Hon. Lloyd F. MacMahon (1975-76), formerly Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Kilsheimer is co-author of “Secondary Liability Developments,” ABA Litigation Section, Subcommittee on Secondary Liability, 1991-1994.
