Linda P. Nussbaum practices antitrust law, with a specialty in pharmaceutical antitrust litigation.  She has served in leadership positions in both class and individual matters.  She lectures extensively on various aspects of antitrust law, recently at the Spring Meeting of the ABA in 2007 and 2005, the ABA meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in October 2007 and the NYS Bar Association Annual Meetings in 2007 and 2008.

Ms. Nussbaum published articles include: as co-author "Daubert and Rule 702 in the Context of Antitrust Economic Experts: A Practitioner’s Guide,” Daubert 15 Years Later: How Have Economists Fared (ABA Spring Meeting 2009).
