Walter Howe is an associate attorney in the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office. He works on matters involving antitrust, securities, consumer protection, data privacy, and employment. Mr. Howe is a proud graduate of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Howe served as a research editor on the Journal of National Security Law & Policy, and as an intern with the Sacramento Public Defender. Upon graduation from Pacific McGeorge, Mr. Howe was admitted to the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. In 2020, Mr. Howe was named a “Northern California Super Lawyer – Rising Star.”

Mr. Howe is admitted to practice in the State of California.
