Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP (www.kaplanfox.com) announces a $72.5 Million settlement with Defendants Atkore Inc., Atkore International, Inc., Atkore Plastic Pipe Corp., Atkore RMCP, Inc., and Allied Tube & Conduit Corporation (“Atkore”) in In re: PVC Pipe Antitrust Litigation, 1:24-cv-07639, which is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The Court has granted preliminary approval of Atkore settlement and a final approval hearing is scheduled for October 1, 2026. Kaplan Fox also announces a $67 million settlement with Defendants Westlake Corporation and Westlake Pipe & Fittings Corporation (“Westlake”). The Court has granted preliminary approval of the Westlake settlement and the final approval hearing is also scheduled on October 1, 2026 In addition, Kaplan Fox also announces a $3 million settlement with Defendant Oil Price Information Service, LLC (“OPIS”). The Court has granted preliminary approval of the OPIS settlement and a final approval hearing is scheduled for June 3, 2026. This litigation is still pending against eight defendant groups.
